Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The gusto pathology reports confirms the diagnosis of neuro endocrine tumor of gall bladder. The good thing is that it hasn’t spread to other parts and no lymph nodes are involved. He might require lost operative chemotherapy. Neuro endocrine tutors have good prognosis and they respond well with chemotherapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
