What Does The Following Histopathology Report Mean?

My mother is adenocarciboma patient ,her histo-pathology report. is sections from gall bladder mass revel a moderaetly differentiated adenocarcinoma and the tumour is disposed in glandular disposition of vbarious sizes.few nests of tumour cells are present in the serous layer.no vascular or lymphatic invasion is noted.wide areas of tumour necrosis are present .what i should to do?
