What Does The Following High Vaginal Swab Test Report Indicate?
I had my hvs done. My report is no pus cell seen : * epithelal cells : numerous gram positive rods : numerous gram negative rods : numerous note : clue cells not seen Culture(final report) Normal bacterail vaginal flora I want ask do I have severe infection? Or the report is noramal?

The interpretation of high vaginal swab is as follows:
The microscopic examination and culture report is absolutely normal and does not show presence of any infection.
The microscopic examination shows just few epithelial cells and gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
Clue cells are not seen. Clue cells are indicative of infection and its absence rules out infection.
The culture is also negative thus ruling out any kind of infection.
Only normal vaginal bacteria is present in the culture and after microscopic examination.
