General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The main ingredients of this test report are the presence of pus cells and cysts of entamoeba histolytica. It clearly means that your son is suffering from amoebiasis caused by entamoeba hystolytica which is an intestinal protozoa causing stomach ache.

A course of Metronidazole for 5 -7 days will be sufficient to treat this condition. I will suggest, therefore,to check with your primary care physician or a pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhash Verma,
