Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The fecal examination report point toward the worm infestation in your intestine. Also, there is associated H pylori bacterial infection. Worm infestation can cause altered bowel habits, bloody diarrhea, liver abscess, and iron deficiency anemia.
My advice to you is kindly consult a physician. He will prescribe you anthelmintic and antiamoebic medications.
The underlying H. pylori infection should also be treated. Otherwise, it can lead to peptic ulcers in stomach and intestine. For that physician will prescribe you "triple drug regimen."
Untreated worm infestation can result in many extraintestinal complications and deficiency disorders.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Meera Rajeev
