Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

As per your echo report, one of your heart chamber (left ventricle) is slightly thickened. Left ventricle is the chamber from which blood is pumped to all parts of the body.
The most common cause for this change is hypertension. No specific treatment is needed as of now. You have to control your blood pressure strictly. Discuss with your physician regarding this finding and he will chose the appropriate anti hypertensives. ACE inhibitors like enalapril and ARB (Angiotensin receptor blockers) are the preferred drugs.
No need to worry regarding this as it is a usual finding in hypertensives.

You can try the following life style changes to arrest the progressive changes:-
1.Have low salt and low sodium diet.
2.Do Regular exercise.
3.Quit smoking.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
