Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.com
I have gone through your X-ray report and I can understand your concerns.

I think your son is under treatment for a condition called otitis media,This is a disease affecting his middle ear which may sometimes cause complications like hearing loss.
According to his X-ray his both mastoids(A bone lodging his ear cavity) are sclerosed(hardened),But the good thing is that there is no bone destruction.
The ear discharge is also subsided, these two indicates good prognosis and hearing loss is very unlikely.
I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist and follow his instructions.
Hope this information helps.
Wishing you all the best.

With regards.
