What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

I was diagnosed by PTB 2yrs ago but I already done the 6 month treatment. When I get a job in my Xray result is... Based on my CHEST PA result: Thick, linear density is seen in the left upper lung. then the IMPRESSION IS: PTB, Left Upper Lung. Activity Undetermined. --- What does it mean ? Am I fit to work? but the doctor adviced me to take a sputum test. Thank you!

Hello,

Your X-ray report is highly suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis and needs to be confirmed by a sputum test. Even you have TB, you are fit if you are able to work. Just don't miss your drugs, have nourishing high protein diet.
