What Does The Following Chest X-ray Result Indicate?

done an xray - PA View, can u please advice if this is any cause for concern it says faint haziness is seen in left paracardiac region most likely fat pad no focal or diffuse pulmonary parenchymal lesion is seen both costo-phrenic angles and the hila are normal teh bony thorax and both domes of diaphragm do not reveal any abonormality the heart size is normal and visualized aoarta appears unremarkable

it is almost a normalreport. it requeres clinical examinatin and corelation with xray finding. sputum and bloodtest can help in diagnosis. it is better to get your xray reviewed by radiologist. consult physician for examination and opinion.
