What Does The Following Chest X Ray Report Indicate?

My husband has a recent chest xray that showed lobulated right hilum with lymphadenopathy.He is a smoker about half a pack a day for 5-7 years now.A CT scan with contrast is advised.What are the chance that this reflects something pathologic like cancer?

I really appreciate your concern, it would be very difficult to say anything as long as the malignancy is concern because clinical condition and lesion in x-ray would be matter of concern, still lets hope for the good, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
