What Does The Following Chest X-ray Mean?

The following is the impression of a chest pa X-ray:subtle prominence of pulmonary vascular markings bilaterally.No active pulmonary pleural lesion seen.Can u pls explain what does it mean and is it a serious problem.I have been treated for mild pneumonitis 2months back.

subtle prominence of pulmonary vascular markings bilaterally can be seen in may diseases like:
heart failure
infection
renal failure
liver failure
etc.

since you have not mentioned any of your disease conditions and your age and you have been treated for infection, i assume it is due to infection and you need not to worry. however, you should get a follow up exam after 6 weeks.
