What Does The Following Brain MRI Report Indicate?
Today my primary care Dr said she suspected I may have a neurological condition called HBP or HSB or HSP. She said it is characterized by incontinence falling stumbling tripping dropping things absent mindfulness. But I can t remember exactly what she called it. I have to have a full neurological work up & an MRI of my brain. Do you know the name of what I m talking about. I want to look it up? Thank you.

Based on the history you have shared, he must have suggested of having NPH that is normal pressure hydrocephalus or BIH meaning benign intracranial hypertension.
NPH is characterized by a triad of symptoms called wet, wobbly and whacky however a detailed neurological examination in your case alongside brain imaging and lumbar puncture with measurements of opening CSF pressures should be done.
