What Does The Following Brain CT Scan Report Suggest?

Hi, I have had a CT Scan of my brain. One last year along with some neurological testing. I was told I had a cognitive learning disability and ADHD. My memory and concentration continued to get worse so I went again this year (I am 62 years old). The doctor said my brain and memory are fine but I have no ability whatsoever to concentrate. I cannot multitask, if I do I get distracted to the point I can t do my job. What can I do to improve my ability to concentrate. I know one is probably to get rid of some of the stress in my life but right now that just isn t possible. I need help, I cannot function at my job the way I am suppose to etc. Anything you can tell me that will help will be greatly appreciated.

dear friend
slow down and relax you are 62 years old and have seen world more than most.
please do not multitask it is not meant to be, tackling one thing at a time is the right way to perform the job multitasking is a fad which the young ones indulge in and end up not completing any task to the completion
please take time to be with yourself calm your mind by indulging in activity you like and love to do. try relaxation with music, take a plenty of exercise and stop fretting about ADHD you will feel better
just imagin if i was answering your question, making coffee, teaching a child in class i and petting a dog all at the same time would i be able to do justice to any one of the tasks
my suggestion To you is simple just focus on the job at hand rest can wait for their turn and relax
I find this answer helpful
