General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

The given report is indicative of high serum lipids.

The LDL cholesterol and the Triglycerides are raised which is suggestive of Mixed hyperlipidemia (hypercholesterolemia+hypertriglyceridemia).

The raised lipid levels are one of the major risk factors for the heart disease.

So, you need to consult a physician for further evaluation.
You may be prescribed Statins like Simvastatin along with Fibrates like Fenofibrate to reduce the levels of both the lipids.

Beside medications you need to have certain lifestyle changes such as:

1. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
2. Avoid fatty meals, take home cooked food, increase in intake of fruits and vegetables.
3. Do regular exercise

Hope this answers your query.
A feedback is appreciated.
