General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be hypothyroidism as TSH level is 15.15. For that you may require tab. Levothyroxine after consultation. Take tablet early in morning on empty stomach. Repeat test after 6 weeks, so you may require dose adjustment. Kindly watch for nervousness, rapid heart beats which may indicate over treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
