General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, though the majority of these readings are almost normal for rising ALT limit alcohol, get ultrasound liver to rule out fatty infiltration and get viral serology done for reassurance. Also, drinking more water to keep hematocrit below 50 is better.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
