Hello dear
I understand your concern
I have undergone through your report of widal test.
S. tyhi Antigen O___1:80________have clinical significance
S. tyhi Antigen H____1 : 160 S.paratyphi A___it could be due to the past infection or vaccination against the typhoid.
Some time a.thyphi O antigen is remain upto 1:80 during the first week of the infection.
I would suggest to consult the MD physician if you have fever, malaise and fatigue like symptoms and take proper treatment like
Tablet azithromycin
Tablet paracetamol
Tablet A to Z, Tablet rantac
Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration
Take proper rest, avoid outside food and water, take homemade fresh fruit juice, maintain proper sanitation and hygiene
Repeat the widal test after 1 week to confirm the progress and response to treatment.
Hope this may help you
