What Does The Following Arthritis Test Result Indicate?

I d like to know what this means: Degenerative changes of the first metatarsal phalangeal joint with slight bunionette head of the first metatarsal. Degenerative narrowing at the interphalangeal joint of the great toe. Mild chronic flattening of the head of the second and third metatarsal. Small calaneal spur. An element of pes cavus in questioned. Calcfied the Achilles tendon insertion. Spurring dorsally at the first metatarsal phalangeal joint is seen on lateral view. Mild spurring at the tarsometatarsal articulation is evident on the lateral view. Chronic calcifacation or accessory ossicle adjacent to the cuboid best seen on the lateral view.

The explained results indicate inflammatory damage to the joints and the same must be evaluated in depth with further analysis at molecular level which is helpful to identify with Rheumatoid factor and antibodies against Fc portion of IgG particularly.
