What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

My mother who is 60 yrs old xray s reading says there are suspicious infiltrates in the upper right lobe. Heart is not enlarged. Both diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact. Impression: Suggest slight apico lordotic view. May i know what this could mean?

usually xrays are taken in PA view.in that they have found some abnormality in lung.so they suggested you to take xray in anotger view apart from PA view to increase the resolution and find the correct disease.
