What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

I have a cough almost a month now, there s always a climate changes. A doctor refer me to under xray test. The result is There s a hazy opacities on the right inner lung zone. Impression is consider focal pneumonitis, right inner lung zone. I am female, 44 years old. I have a rhinitis. I take claritin and citirizine everytime I sneeze because of climate change.
