What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

My kids is 6 year old and has been suffering from fever and cough for past two weeks. His x- ray is patchy and this is what his X-ray report says inhomogeneous patchy opacities are seen in thr right parahilar region with associated underlying prominent hila. What is This and how severe it is ?

welcome to hcm ...it is pneumonia..what is status of other tests as TLC ..DLC ..ESR ...CRP and mantoux and sputum for afb ..PLEASE donot take it lightly
