What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

hi doc m flora from phil.this is my husband xray result conclusion.fibrosis at the right apex.chronic inflammatory process with fibrosis at the left upper and left lower lobe. left apical pleural and letf lower pleural thickening.left pleurodiaphragmatic adhesion. im worry doc my question if he has a cancer?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is not possible to make a confirmed diagnosis by X-ray alone.
Fibrosis in lung fields along with fibrosis and inflammation is more suggestive of chronic infection rather than cancer or malignancy.
However, clinical assessment and additional ancillary tests are required to confirm the diagnosis.
