General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per your X-ray report, it may be pleural effusion. Kindly do CT scan chest to elaborate more and accurate diagnosis. The causes of chest pain may be cardiac, pulmonary or musculoskeletal. For pain, you can take tablet Diclofenac after consultation. In case of breathlessness, do ECG and consult with a cardiologist once.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
