What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

I got my result today and it says Finding: faint densities are seen at left apical region superimposed at osseous structure Impression: suspicious left apical infiltrate. Apicolordotic view is suggested for further evaluation. Pls help me out that s the meaning of this coz I m freaking out. Does it mean I have PTB??

appears to be tubercular infiltration. sputum for afb may be done. get examined by pulmunologist for examination and diagnosis. if tubercular then anti tb treatment like dot regime may be started
