L1,L2,disc lumber spodylosis.treatment start but not relive.referyour neuro surgeon show the dr $advise MRi inv done diagnose Finding are suggestive of potts spineLV1,LV2,LV3with collapse&compression #LV2 &multiple pre paravertibral,epidural&bilateral psoas abscess .

Most possible issue of tuberculosis or other pathology which is responsible for psoas abscess and multiple vertebrae issues. Diagnostic aspiration of psoas abscess is must for further management guidelines.
