What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Dear Doctor, please advise about 17 years boy .good sportsman at school level and his X- Ray Report as follow.
bronchovascular markings are accentuated bilaterally..
Hila are mildly prominent
Bilateral CP angles are normal
Cardio thoracic ratio is within normal limits
Domes of the diaphragm are normal in contour & position
Bony thorax does not reveal any obvious abnormality

First of all ,I can assure you that the above described X-ray is perfectly normal and nothing to worry in it.
It shows prominent BVM(broncho vascular markings), This is nothing but fluid collection around your lung which quite common after an infection. It will revert to normal after few weeks even with out treatment. All other findings are perfectly normal and no lung conditions are detected in the present film.
you can take a repeat Xray after two weeks for your own reassurance.
