What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Hi doc, I am eva, 30 years old. LAst wednesday I got my result of xray, but previous years my xray is ok and normal. The results are there are illdefined densities in the right upper lung. The trachea is deviated to the right due to pisituonal obliquity. The cardiac silhoutte is not tranversely enlarged. Both costophrenic sulci are sharply outlines. The diaphram is smooth. The rest of visualized soft tissues and osseous structure appear unremarkable.impression,Apicolordotic view suggested.
