Xrays - Questionable densities are seen underlying the anterior portions of the 1st and right 2nd ribs. - no evident of pneumothorax or pleural effusion - pulmomary vascularity is within normal. - heart size and aorta appear normal. - hila are unremarkable. - trachea is midline. - diaphragm ans sulci are intact. Osseous structures and soft tissue planes are intact. IMPRESSION: QUESTIONABLE UPPER LOBE DENSITIES: appicolordotic view suggested.

The radiologist wants additional view(lordotic view)of your chest to help see the apex (top) of your lung. As per the current film you have a suspicious lesion over the top of your right lung. All other findings are perfectly normal. As of now ,no need to worry too much ,the most common cause of densities in the apex of the lung is old and healed pulmonary tuberculosis especially in Asian countries. We can have a better impression after the lordotic view and you can go for a CT scan for better clinical picture. Minimal or old tuberculosis might be the probable reason for those lesion and please be relaxed, Let us hope for the best.
