As per your X-ray report, you are having a small calcified(Calcium deposited mass) in your lung. You don t need to worry because it is generally a benign(non cancerous) lesion and does not indicates an active disease focus. It generally indicates an old infection like tuberculosis or some kind of fungal infections. As of now, no treatment is necessary. All you can do is to take a repeat X-ray after few months to look for any recent change in its size. It is not at all a serious condition and does not affect your immune system.
