General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
It means that there is no objectivly cause of your pain and this is normal mri finding if you ask me. Accessory navicular bone is normal variation of bones and metal artifact is surgical implant from the previous surgery. This finding doesnt require any treatment ince this is not pathologic. if you have some symptoms then you should try to find other causes such as atherosclerosis or neuropathy.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
