What Does The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

Yes, thank you. I would like to know more about my x-ray findings. I fell & fractured my vertebrae & the findings note: Levoscoliosis is noted of the lumbar spine with the apex at L3. Irregularity is noted of the superior endplate of L3 incompletely characterized on examination. What does it exactly mean & what can be done about it? Any advice on how to counteract osteoporosis? Any new technology for that besides meds?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, you should consult spine surgeon and get done clinical examination. You might need surgery for correction. For osteoporosis, you need to take medication only. No other way.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Regards,
