What Does The Following USG Report Suggest?

My USG report says that my size of uterus is 11.76cm x 8.69cmx7.83cm Also a 3.06 cm x 2.50 cm hypoechoic mass in myometrium of uterus anteriorly and a 5.75 cm x 5.05 cm hetrogenous mass in mymometrium of uterus, posterior, displacing endometrium anteriorly. What does this means

Hi, I think you are having 2 fibroids in your uterus. So, if you are having heavy bleeding during periods or irregular periods or pain during periods , you can go for a medical management first by taking hormonal treatment. If it doesn't work, then you can go for surgery like myomectomy or hysterectomy if family is complete. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
