What Does The Following USG Report Suggest?

Sir, I have a renal calculus of size 5mm one month before in left kidney... i follow somw medication on advice of consult doc... one month later, on usg report, it is seen that there are two stones one 5mm and another 7 mm... will it be possible to flush out without surgery

Hello thank you for writing us here.
It might possibly need surgical removal but if you don't want a surgery to be done, you'll need to take diuretics and it would tale longer for complete recovery. You'll also need to drink Lot's of water. At least 9-10L of water is needed per day for removal of kidney stones.
You can take your time to think and make your wise decision.
