What Does The Following PET Scan Report Suggest?

I have been diagnosed after PET scan with metastatic Ewing sarcoma/primitive Neuro ectodermal tumor in left sacroiliac region 60 x 50 x 25 mm, with further extension into L5/S1 foramina and spread to lungs both 8-9 mm. What are my chances of survival and what treatment is best for me. How long will treatment last
