What Does The Following PAP Smear Report Suggest?

Hi, My PAP test shows below, what does it mean? Microscopic Examination : Smears show mainly intermediate, superficial squamous cells with endocervical cells against a background of many neutrophils. IMPRESSION : - Negative for intraepithelial lesion / malignancy. - Fungal organisms morphologically consistent with Candida spp.

welcome to hcm
your pap smear was assessed for any cancer etc and this report suggests that there is no problem
but
on report as fungus was noted which is candida .it is a common cause
you need antifungal treatment as itraconazole tab one tab two times
plus
clotrimazole vaginal tablets one tab inserted high up in vagina for 12 days
