What Does The Following NT Scan Report Suggest?

Hi I have prevent of 14 weeks my nt scan shows an anechoic cystic session 10×8mm right lumber and right hypochondrium rogiyon.umbilical artries not present either sides of cystic session.blader is faintly visualized. Radiographer not able to clarify.
