What Does The Following MRI Scan Report Suggest?

i assume you underwent surgery for seizures in which part of temporal lobe is removed. after surgery there is some softening of Brain parenchyma in that area (encephalomalacia).
white matter hyperintensities represent age related small vessel occlusions.
