General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the report is showing multiple blood clots, and has affected brain areas as well main blood supply both arterial as well as venous. With such extensive impairment of blood supply, extensive antiplatelets therapy as well as thrombolytic may be needed.

Prognosis is dependent on clinical manifestations both seems very serious at the moment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
