I am undergoing therapy now.Do I need surgery?.My right arm aches ,even my head that my blood pressure is fluctuating.
1.The report suggest there is loss of normal curvature of the curve due to the pain due to nerve irritation caused at the mentioned level. 2. Spondylosis is the degenerative changes seen as age related changes and herd work with weight bearing cases. 3.C3-4 level there is pressure effect on the nerve exit causing the radiating pain. 4.Annular tear means peripherally damaged disc due to loss of normal water content. 5.In this case operation is not much required, initially exercise followed by physiotherapy.
