What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?
Liver: There are rounded hypoechoic areas in the liver that are nonspecific in appearance the largest is 36 x 38 x 40 mm. Patient complains of abdominal tenderness over the lesion. There is a small liver cyst measuring 13 mm. Gallbladder: Unremarkable. No gallstones. Common bile duct: Mild prominence of the common bile duct. No stones. Pancreas: Questionable areas of decreased echogenicity in the pancreas. Kidneys: Small right renal cyst measuring 7 mm. No hydronephrosis. Left kidney unremarkable. No stones. Spleen: Small splenic cyst measuring 26 mm.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to polycystic kidney disease which may present with many cysts which can be present in other abdominal organs as well.
Though correlation with clinical conditions and review by a gastroenterologist or a surgeon is a must.
