What Does The Following MRI Report Suggest?

Multilevel dis disease without abnormalities of alignment . Ventral cord impingement noted C4-C5 and C5- C6 and to a lesser extent at C3- C4. Mild spinal stenosis and mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis C5-c6. What does all this mean? Will I have to have surgery?

Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your report you have spinal stenosis but what is your deficit which will be analysed neurological by your local doctor that whether you need surgery or not.If they told any compression present then surgical treatment is good otherwise conservative treatment by physiotherapy.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
