General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have seen the report. So it suggests lumbar spondylosis and prolapsed disc which is causing nerve impingement and pain. You require hot fomentation and physiotherapy to relieve yourself of pain. This is an easily curable condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
