Mastoids: No abnormalities.
Internal auditory canals (IAC): No abnormalities.
Supratentorial: Multiple white matter T2 and FLAIR sequence hyperintensities. Primarily in the centrum
semiovale but also within the subcortical U fibers. The corpus callosum appears to be unremarkable but there
is some subcallosal hyperintensity.
No acute infarct, bleed, or edema. No diffusion hyperintensities. No abnormal enhancement.
Ventricles and basal cisterns: No ventriculomegaly. Basal cisterns are patent.
Sella and parasellar structures: No pituitary enlargement or mass.
Extra-axial structures: No extra-axial mass, hematoma, or fluid collections.

Neurologist 's  Response
I read your query and I understand your concern.

Essentially that MRI shows multiple small lesions in your brain. It says that such lesions can be as a result of multiple sclerosis, but similar lesions could be caused also by other conditions such as Lymes disease, vasculitis, migraine etc.
So for a final diagnosis it is up to the neurologist. If your history and physical exam strongly suggest multiple sclerosis then this MRI can be enough for him to establish that diagnosis and start treatment.
If it doesn't or if he has doubts, then other tests may be required like for MS evoked potentials, lumbar puncture for oligoclonal bands, or other specific corresponding tests for those other suggested diagnoses.
I hope everything works for the best.
