Hello dear

Thanks for writing to HCM, we are here to help

This MRI report in simple language means that you have problems in your lower back in lumbar area. There are a lot of things indicated but primarily it is loss of normal curvature of spine, reduced spaces in between vartabrae, disc bulges(protrusion i.e slip from normal position), and there may be nerve root compression in the area.
You need to consult an orthopedician and a neurologist.
You can seek help from a physiotherapist if you have pain and stiffness symptoms.

Hope that Helps
Thanks
