What Does The Following MRI Report Indicate?

My daughter , 10 yrs , in her MRI Report shows: Technique T1 & T2 - Axial Flair - Coronal 3D T1, T2 - Coronal T1 - Sagittal Diffusion Areas showing T1 hypointensity, T2 and FLAIR hyperintensity seen in left frontal lobe. involvement of left middle frontal gyrus seen, reduced thickness of cortex, mild adjacent sulcal dilatation seen.Findings indicate areas of gliosis. Lesions measure near 13x10mm. No blooming on SWI Rest of Cerebral hemispheres reveal normal signal. Both hippocampi reveal normal signal, noasymmetry seen. no increased signal seen in t2, FLAIR sequences. Basal ganglia, thalami, internal capsules reveal normal signal. Brainstem, cerebellum reveal normal signal. Ventricles are normal. Midline structures normal in position Sella, pituitary reveal normal appearance. CVJ shows no abnormality. 7th, 8th nerve complexes reveal normal appearance. Mucosal thickening seen in sphenoid sinus. Impression Areas of gliosis in left frontal lobe (invoving middle frontal gyrus, reduced thickness of cortex seen) Sir Is my Daughter a Epilepsy Patient? Or else what is her problem?
