the endometrium remains poorly defined, indeterminate: an endometrial polyp/mass could not be excluded on the basis of this exam: sampling versus MRI characterization: endometrial stripe and thickness reach 1 cm and again poorly defined. Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a ill-defined thickness seen in the endometrial cavity with obliteration of the normal endometrial stripe.
2.This can be a polyp / mass lesion or a simple inflammatory thickening - differentials depends on the age and symptoms.
3.Right ovary shows a simple cyst because of which it is seen bulky with volume of 67cc.
4.In this case the definitive diagnosis can be made only on the basis of the biopsy from the endometrium.
5.Treatment cane be hormonal to the operative depending on the histopathology report.

Good luck.
