What Does The Following MRI Mean?

L4-5; A 10X5X10-MM left paracentral disc protrusion mildly deforms the anterior thecal sac. this extends to the left descending s1 nerve root .there is mild to moderate facet hypertrophy and ligamentum flavum thickening with mild narrowing of the left lateral recess. there is also an underlying disc bulge, and there is mild bilateral foraminal narrowing. this my mri what does it mean ihurt my back at work 1-4-11
