Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is degenerative disc disease - which is called when normal hydration of the disc is lost.
2.It is seen at the level of the L2-3 vertebrae with bulging of the disc.
3.The vertebral joint between the facets seen hypertrophied - which is a inflammatory change seen in the joint space.
4.Prominent ligamentum flavum is seen - all these findings are seen as spondylosis changes.
5. Treatment in this case includes exercises, if no relief physiotherapy will be helpful.

Good luck.
