What Does The Following MRI Findings Indicate?

I have had an MRI that s the findings are liver enlarged with marked diffuse hepatic steatosis . Several T2 hyper intense hepatic lesions do not enhance liver , pancreas unremarkable ?gallvladder normal spleen normal lungs clear, heart and kidneys normal no suspicious hepatic mass identified , please explain what this means? Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest essentially normal study, as hepatic steatosis is accumulation of the fat with in the hepatic cells.
2.This is seen in the individuals with increased alcohol consumption, excessive fat consumption and other dietary changes.
3.In this case you have to reduce the above as much as you can to avoid further complications.
4.An LFT - liver function test to confirm the liver parameters to make sure they are with in normal limits.
5.Rest all findings appears normal as mentioned in the report.
