I have question to ask. Please can you interpret this HSG findings. Essentially normal cervical canal and uterine cavity. The right fallopian tube appears normal and permit free pertoneal spill of the contrast medium. The left tube shows evidence of perifimbrial adhesions with no peritoneal contrast spill. No contrast intravascular detected
Hello and welcome to HCM, The HSG report shows that right fallopian tube is normal and pate3nt. There is some kind of obstruction in left fallopian tube.
